Principal Consultant

Christine has considerable experience of school improvement. As a former senior local authority adviser, school improvement partner and National Challenge Adviser, as well as National Strategies school improvement regional adviser, she has worked extensively with schools in challenging circumstances to effect improvements. In addition, she works closely with many good and outstanding schools to support their ongoing development.

Christine’s work includes both leading and coordinating reviews and school improvement for large consortia, providing support for local authorities including aiding the development of a school improvement partner programme, as well as providing direct support as school improvement partner for a number of schools and multi-academy trusts. She has worked as an Education Adviser with the Department for Education and has significant experience of leading Ofsted inspections in both primary and secondary schools. Christine offers bespoke training on a wide range of issues to suit all levels of audience.
