Senior Consultant
Zarina has extensive expertise in school improvement, inspection, and quality assurance. With over 15 years in senior leadership and service as His Majesty’s Inspector, she brings deep insight into what drives sustainable improvement in schools across primary, secondary, SEND, and independent sectors.
Zarina works nationally and internationally, supporting schools, multi-academy trusts, and educational organisations to strengthen leadership, raise standards, and deliver high-quality outcomes for pupils. Her experience spans Ofsted inspections, ISQM accreditations and BSO inspections.
She is designer and author of national school awards, training programmes, and CPD packages, including the Excellence in Pupil Development Award (EPDA) and behaviour management courses.
Zarina is highly regarded by schools and leaders for professionalism, practical strategies, and impactful support and passionate about empowering leaders and teachers to build capacity, resilience, and excellence in education.
