Principal Consultant
Christine has worked in education for over 35 years, 20 of which have been in school improvement. This has included being senior adviser for a local authority, an inspector for Ofsted, a DfE adviser, North West Regional Adviser for the National Strategies and Director of School Improvement for a Multi-Academy Trust. She has worked extensively with a significant number of primary and secondary schools and MATs, in a wide variety of different contexts and developmental stages.
Christine has worked with B11 since 2012 and been our Principal Consultant since 2018.

- Acting as a school improvement partner for primary and secondary schools
- Headteacher appraisal
- Provision of external quality assurance for MATs
- Working with partnerships of schools to support peer review programmes
- Working with senior and middle leaders to quality assure the work in their areas of responsibility, including development planning
- Subject leader development
- Provision of pre- and post-Ofsted support
